I am a LLM candidate at The City Law School, specialising in maritime law. My current research focuses on the limits of cyber risk exclusions in marine insurance.Alongside this, I am completing an MBA at Johns Hopkins University, having been admitted with a Dean's Scholarship.My academic work builds on prior experiences in cross-border trade, and is focused on the intersection of law, risk, and global commerce.

This research will also form the basis of my intended doctoral thesis.I was awarded the City Law School Prize for Academic Excellence for my performance in examinations.Alongside this, I am pursuing an MBA at Johns Hopkins University , supported by a Dean's Scholarship. I specialise in leadership, risk management, and finance.Following my LLM, I will be joining the Inns of Court College of Advocacy to undertake my Bar Course (formerly the Barrister's Training Course).I previously completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Law with Distinction, and hold a BA in Geography from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) .

Professional Experience
I have experience across both legal, and non-legal roles, with a focus on maritime and international trade.Legal WorkI recently completed the Free Representation Unit's training to represent claimants in the First-Tier Tribunal on a pro bono basis.
I am currently awaiting the assignment of my first case.I have also completed a marshalling placement with a High Court Master in the Chancery Division (High Court of England and Wales). I attended a hearing on the sale of a family home at the Rolls Building (Royal Courts of Justice) in London.In addition, I undertook a mini-pupillage under a KC at 29 Bedford Row , where I attended a three day final hearing at the Central Family Court in London, as well as a number of client meetings.Previously, I was a student director at the BPP Legal Advice Clinic, where I oversaw the day-to-day running of the enterprise clinic, including assignment of advisors, contacting clients, and overseeing matters on Clio. I also worked alongside supervising solicitors to review final advice letters, and ensured the quality of service delivered to clients.Commercial WorkMy commercial work has largely been focused on the logistics and supply chain industry. I am the founder and director of Immensus International SA , a Swiss-based maritime consultancy and procurement firm, which leverages the deep integration of digital systems to maximise efficiency for clients.The company has now expanded to three continents through a mix of subsidiaries, and joint ventures. Working alongside partners, the company delivers service coverage to over 20 countries.I have also worked within my family's maritime business as an associate director, responsible for international business development, and strategic operations across shipping, supply chain, and procurement.I lead the implementation of a new CRM system across the group to improve internal efficiency, and increase client retention. I also represented the company at industry conferences, in cities such as Singapore, Malta, and Los Angeles.These professional experiences inform my academic work on risk, insurance, and enforcement in cross-border legal and commercial contexts.
